Registration can be conducted either on-line or on-site. Registration is only completed after the registration fee is paid. There will be no refund after registration. Discounted rates are offered before October 18, 2019.

The registration fees are:

450 EUR for senior researchers (+50 EUR after October 18)

200 EUR for students (+50 EUR after October 18)

The registration fees shall include:

- the access to all sessions

- lunches

- coffee-breaks

- one ticket to the welcome reception

- one copy of the conference proceedings.

- for each registration completed before October 31, 2019, one ticket to the symposium gala dinner is included and guaranteed. Details on the gala dinner will be available shortly.

For the registration completed after October 31, 2019, the access to the symposium gala dinner is not included and guaranteed because of the restaurant reservation requirement. The availability for the purchase of tickets to the symposium gala dinner after October 31, can be checked by email to the conference organizers.

Each accepted contributed paper, either oral or poster, must have at least one full registration in order to be included in the symposium program.
